A few moments with Zim and Gem

TexWisGirl: "Zimmie! How's it shaking?"

Zim: "'Sup? Got treats?"

T: "Nope. Just taking a few photos."
Z: "No treats; No pretty posing."

Z: "Seriously. No treats?"

Z: "Why are you still here?"

Z: "Go away with that clicky thing."

Z: "I'm not looking at you."

Z: "Nah, nah, nah, nah... One thousand one, one thousand two, one thousand three..."

Z: "Still here?"

Z: "No respect. I get no respect."
T: "Hi Gemmie!"

G: "'Sup?" *burp*

T: "Wow, Gem, you're looking svelte!"

T: "Okay, it was just an unflattering angle."
Z: "You're done with me, then?"

Z: "Okay, I'm outta here!"

Z: "Going back to my woman."

Z: "See ya!" *swish*

The end.

Thanks, Hilary!

Zimmie and Gem..beautiful horses.
I loved the way that you made the photos into a conversation ..
Our horses are up at the enclosed paddock..ration time at the moment and hay. the fields are bare.
It hasn't rained since April May.
Thank you for passing over my way, appreciated
wishing you a happy weekend.

Obviously they don't miss treats too often, they both look quite robust and healthy. If that tail is any indicator, looks like there was a nice breeze blowing. Still no rain?

Next time you will need to take some treats so we can see how that will play out.

ShySongbird said...

That was such fun Theresa :-) and the photos of your beautiful horses are lovely.

During my usual catch up of your recent posts, apart (of course!) from the Whistlers I was particularly taken with the Wood Ducks which look like they have been put together out of different pieces of material :-) and the Roadrunner which must have looked very funny on the skylight, the hawk definitely did :-)

The post which fascinated me most though was the one with the hummingbirds, I'm sure I have said before that out of all the beautiful birds you have over there the ones I most wish we had here are the hummers, they are just exquisite! Seeing them at the feeders really emphasised just how tiny they are, they looks so dainty.
